Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on nay4d. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited. If we discover multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.
To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address or phone number, and residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your account with any third party.
All Players must complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. nay4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from an account in your own name.
Most deposits are credited to your account instantly. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number. We do not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to meeting any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per day is Rp 100,000,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the time of day and payment method. Withdrawals requested during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB) are prioritized. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional security checks.
nay4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions. You may be required to provide additional documentation to verify the source of your funds. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.
All transactions on nay4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals to foreign bank accounts.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by nay4d are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly displayed at the time of the offer. These may include wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.
Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw any associated winnings. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and game type. All bets are subject to acceptance by nay4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager at our sole discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the Player.
For sports betting, all bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football matches, BRI Liga 1 officials for Indonesian league matches). If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to our published sports betting rules. Live in-play betting is available on selected matches, and odds are updated in real-time.
All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, are provided by certified third-party suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer action and cannot be influenced by nay4d. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disruption to a game, nay4d reserves the right to void all bets on the affected game. If a malfunction affects the outcome of a game, all affected wagers will be refunded to Players' accounts.

These limits will be clearly stated in the game rules or promotional terms. nay4d reserves the right to impose additional payout restrictions on progressive jackpots or unusually large wins, subject to verification and investigation.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, nay4d does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Many games on nay4d are provided by third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or disputes arising from these third-party games. Claims related to game fairness or technical malfunctions should be directed to the game provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, nay4d's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. nay4d is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling activity and ensuring it remains within your financial means.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account or any transaction, you must first contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or through live chat. We will investigate your claim and respond within 48 hours.
If you are not satisfied with the initial response from customer support, you may escalate the matter by requesting a formal review. A senior member of our team will conduct a thorough investigation and provide a final decision within 7 business days.
The decision of nay4d's management team in any dispute shall be final and binding. We reserve the right to make the final determination on all matters related to bet settlement, account status, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements. Closure may take up to 72 hours to process.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. In such cases, we may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wagers) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 per month. You will be notified by email before any fees are applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account or place a wager.
If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of nay4d services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts and agree to resolve any legal disputes in accordance with Indonesian law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
